The Vacancy

Workspace is home to London’s brightest businesses, and we are now in need of an ambitious, super organised, and proactive Venue Manager.

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Venue Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day management and growth of our premium Event Space in the heart of the city. This is a hands-on role with full ownership of sales, marketing and client relationships working closely with brokers, sales representatives, and external stakeholders to maximise bookings and drive revenue.

You will be responsible for positioning the venue in the market, driving demand, and delivering exceptional client experiences from initial enquiry through to event delivery. The role will also require continuous analysis of the business market and uptake to inform initiatives and targeted marketing to nurture existing and seek new business; this would also inform future event space strategy and delivery.

What you need

  • Direct experience in managing Conference and Event Space
  • Proven sales and lead generation
  • Experience managing staff
