Head of ESG

The Vacancy
Workspace is home to London’s brightest businesses. We’re looking for a Head of ESG to lead a focused, commercially grounded ESG programme that supports growth, protects our long term value, and meets investor and regulatory expectations. This role will help shape and embed a credible ESG strategy across our estate, investments and operations balancing environmental and social ambition with strong commercial judgement.
You’ll:
- Lead Workspace’s ESG strategy and ensure progress against the Net Zero pathway
- Embed ESG into investment, asset management and operations
- Strengthen our social impact agenda, with a clear focus on skills, early careers and local communities
- Partner with HR to embed culture, wellbeing, inclusion and talent development into how the business operates
- Own ESG governance, reporting and disclosures (internal and external)
- Advise the CEO, Executive Team and Board
We’re looking for a senior ESG leader with at least 5 years leadership experience who has the ability to deliver ESG in practice (ideally within real estate or a related sector) with confidence operating at Executive and Board level.
