The Vacancy

As a Billing Services Manager you will play a crucial role in assisting Billing and Energy team to streamline processes for a better customer experience.

You will help us achieve our goal of becoming net zero carbon by 2030 and improve the customer journey by streamlining processes. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire billing lifecycle, from meter reading and data collection to invoicing and payment processing. You will also facilitate a seamless billing experience while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

This position requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in accounting software to support our financial services operations.

This role requires you to be in the office 4 days a week.
