Sustainability Analyst

The Vacancy
Workspace is home to London’s brightest businesses, and our Sustainability Analyst will help bring together customers and internal teams to help create more sustainable and socially impactful workplaces.
Reporting to the Sustainability Lead, you’ll lay a pivotal role in driving our sustainability journey. You will be the engine behind our reporting and disclosure, a champion for our social impact programmes and a key collaborator in turning our high-level strategy into on the ground reality.
With high levels of buy in for sustainability within the business and our customers, you will have plenty of opportunity to get involved in several sustainability initiatives.
What you’ll do
- Report and manage sustainability data
- Engage and motivate our stakeholders to embrace social and environmental responsibility
- Work with the Sustainability Lead to deliver the sustainability strategy and social impact programme
What you’ll need
- Understanding of the importance of ESG reporting
- Passion for sustainability, climate action and social impact
- Curiosity, proactiveness with a continuous improvement mindset
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to work under pressure and manage competing deadlines
- Collaboration skills with a natural ability to bring people together and build trusted relationships across teams and stakeholders
