The Vacancy
As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a talented Strategy and Corporate Development Analyst to join our team.
Reporting into the Director of Strategy and Corporate Development, you’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, alongside external parties where relevant, to analyse opportunities for growth and effectively communicate the company’s strategy. You will also manage relationships with external stakeholders, particularly the sell-side analyst and buy-side investor communities, to execute the company’s Investor Relations strategy.
Your responsibilities include maintaining strategy-related documentation and analysis, identifying and executing growth opportunities, managing corporate development projects, responding to investor queries and ensuring compliance with regulations.
You’ll need
A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience working in a financial market.
Strong analytical, communication and project management skills.
Excellent Microsoft Office Skills to prepare result announcements, presentations, and the annual report.
