The Vacancy

Workspace is home to London’s brightest businesses, and our dedicated Credit Controllers play a crucial role in enhancing the customer journey.  

Supporting the Credit Manager, you will work closely with the Database Services Team, along with the wider Workspace Teams including Finance. You will work hard to challenging collection targets and deadlines, whilst keeping a good sense of humour, a keen sense of comradery and a healthy amount of empathy for tenants in difficult situations.

This is a 9 Month Fixed Term Contract and you will be required to work 4 days in the office.

What you’ll bring

  • Good level of numeracy with strong attention to detail
  • Strong excel skills
  • Previous experience in a financial role
  • Politeness, firmness and tenacity
  • Previous experience in customer care and the ability to resolve customer complaints
