The Vacancy

Workspace is home to London’s brightest businesses, and to keep our customers properly fuelled, many of our properties feature on-site cafes serving delicious hot drinks and food.

We’re looking for a full-time Kitchen Supervisor who has a genuine passion for people and the willingness to make every customer experience a memorable one.

You will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations and team management of Workspace kitchens. Working closely with the Hospitality Supervisors, you will ensure that we are delivering high quality provisions and levels of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect feedback from customers and centre teams, and make improvements, where necessary  
  • Health & Safety of the cafes
  • Food quality and pricing
  • Seasonal changes to food and beverages
  • Profitability
  • Stock taking
