The Vacancy

As a Billing and Energy Administrator, you’ll play a crucial role in assisting Billing and Energy team to streamline processes for a better customer experience.

You’ll help us achieve our goal of becoming net zero carbon by 2030 and improve the customer journey by streamlining processes. You’ll be responsible for processing payments, reconciling accounts, managing invoices, analysing energy consumption, and maintaining utility meter records.

This is a 12 months fixed term contract role.

This position requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in accounting software to support our financial services operations.

What you’ll bring

  • Good level of numeracy with strong attention to detail
  • Organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the energy or property industry
  • Ambition to learn and work with new internal systems.
