We’re looking for an Assistant Centre Manager to join our team at The Leather Market.
You’ll proactively assist the Centre Manager to manage and market the business centre. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service, maximise sales results, and maintain high standards within the Centre. You’ll help to conduct viewings of vacant spaces, supervise the on-site team, organise community events and ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies. The ability to balance tasks and prioritise is a must. You will also be excellent at building relationships, thinking on your feet and solving problems independently.
The successful candidate will need:
Proven experience in customer service and sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work effectively in a team
Knowledge of Health and Safety policies
