The Vacancy

We are looking to recruit a dynamic coordinator to assist in the delivery of creating a community-focused inclusive workplace where everyone is valued and inspired.

Reporting into the Head of Learning, Development and Improvements, you will be responsible with the management of the training schedules and administrative duties for all employees at Workspace, supporting the front of house duties at Head Office reception, and the team with the management and delivery of audit programmes for customer improvements.

You will need to be highly organised, proactive and a strong communicator as you will engage with multiple stakeholders in this role.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Previous experience in organising and delivery training
  • Ability to be flexible and support different stakeholders
  • Attention to detail 
  • Knowledge of business centre processes is desirable.
