The Vacancy
We are looking to recruit a dynamic Central Support Assistant to assist in the delivery of creating a community-focused inclusive workplace where everyone is valued and inspired.
Are you a proactive multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for someone who can keep our office running smoothly and support our learning initiatives with flair. From managing office supplies and welcoming guests to coordinating training sessions and keeping our spaces spotless, you’ll be the go-to person for all things admin, head office facilities, and learning.
You’ll juggle everything from stock checks and seating plans to training calendars and supporting with head office events. Whether it’s greeting visitors with a smile, ensuring meeting rooms are ready to impress, or helping roll out our learning management system (LMS), your attention to detail and can-do attitude will make a real impact. If you love variety and enjoy being at the centre of the action, we’d love to hear from you!
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Ability to be flexible and support different stakeholders
