The Vacancy

Workspace is home to London’s brightest businesses, and our dedicated Senior Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving and managing the sales opportunities across our portfolio.

You’ll be managing and motivating a team of Sales Managers to ensure all sales opportunities are maximised. You’ll conduct viewings of vacant spaces, identify customer requirements and sell the benefits of the centre and Workspace.

Customer service, determination, and negotiation skills are essential to be successful in this role. Working closely with the Head of Sales and asset management team, you’ll help to identify value-enhancing centre improvements, advise on queries, unit pricing and levels of demand.

What you’ll bring

  • Knowledge of commercial agency process
  • Experience of working in commercial property
  • Knowledge of the flexible office market, competitors, products, and processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Previous team management experience is essential
