The Vacancy
Workspace is home to London’s brightest businesses, and we are now in need of a passionate, energetic, and creative Social and Content Manager.
Are you a creative storyteller who lives and breathes social? Someone who can turn real moments into scroll‑stopping content—and pair that with strategic thinking, data insights, and strong stakeholder relationships?
You’ll lead our organic social presence, shape our content strategy, and bring our brand to life across multiple sites in London. This role blends creativity, collaboration, and commercial awareness—you’ll be hands-on creating content while also setting the direction for channel growth.
What we’re looking for
Previous experience managing organic social channels end-to-end
Confidence for capturing and producing video and static content
Strategic thinker who understands how different platforms measure success and how to optimise for it
Deep understanding of social trends, platform behaviours and emerging formats
Self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to work across multiple sites
This role requires you to be in the office 4 days a week.
