The Vacancy

As a Centre Coordinator at Workspace Fleet Street, you will play a key role in creating a warm, professional and engaging experience for everyone who walks through our doors. You will support the Centre Manager and Assistant Centre Manager in ensuring the Centre runs smoothly each day, helping to deliver an environment where our customers feel supported, connected and able to thrive.

This is a varied, fast‑paced role where no two days are the same. Whether you’re greeting customers, resolving queries, supporting events or keeping on top of compliance checks, you will be central to creating the high‑quality experience our customers expect.

 

What you will bring:

  • Experience in a customer‑facing role
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal systems
  • Highly organised, proactive and solution-focused mindset
  • Calm and professional under pressure, with a ‘can‑do’ approach
  • A collaborative team player, comfortable working independently when required
  • Experience supporting events, marketing or social media is beneficial

 

This role requires you to be on site 5 days a week
